Why did I grow my beard? I started growing my beard in my last year of high school as a sort of rebellion from the white collar style. Then I realized how much patience it took, and over the last three years it has taught me quite a bit. A beard is deliberate...not grown in haste.

How do I feel about my beard? I'm proud of it. I'm currently growing it long so I can find a solid style for it. I've never done much but trim the neck line, but I'm ready to take it to the next level. My only issue is that my soul patch grows in incredibly thin, and can't be seen past five feet or so. It's something I'll have to work around!
