To be honest, I find that most people either don't like beards or just feel like they're "odd" and I've always had a personality type that just likes to irritate people in harmless little ways. I love beards and always have but I have some itchy, red psoriasis-like skin trouble that always made me abandon growing my beard around Week 4. This time, I toughed it out.

How do I feel about my beard? My favorite part of having a beard is the 30-60 minutes after a shower when the beard is still moist and cool and also the sensation of the wind when I ride my bike.

I love my beard... It's pretty full and has every color imaginable in it. The only thing I don't like is that it makes me look ten years older and accentuates my tired-looking eyes.

It's curious to note that my wife finally conceived the very same week I stopped shaving. So beware, fellas! Haha.
