I've had a chin strap since when I was right out of high school. I have had a soul patch since I was fourteen. I've kept my beard short and trimmed my whole life, but over the last month or so, I've decided I want to try my hand at growing a full beard. I really have no "reason" to grow it, other than I want to try it and see how it looks.

How do I feel about my beard? It's coming along slowly but surely. I wish it were thicker, but I suppose that comes with time. I enjoy the novelty of growing it and would very much like to have a huge, glorious, manly beard and one day compete.
