Merk H. Bearded since: 1987. I am an occasional or seasonal beard grower. Comments: I grow my beard out because it is AWESOME! I change my facial hair about once per quarter from full beard to goatee to mustache and then back to full beard. Sometimes I will stay with one type for longer than three months, in which case I will trim my beard to a #2. I usually don't trim my mustache, which is why it gets a little sloppy.
