Bearded since: 1997 (not continuously as my college was was a military-esque and we were required to be clean shaven, but up to and since after, yup). I am a dedicated, permanent beard grower.

Comments:
I grew my beard because I have always liked them. Used to have dreams about having a full beard when I was a little kid. Since I was a sophomore in high school I have had huge mutton chops, huge friendly mutton chops, side burns, a six-inch goatee, several varieties of mustache (with my favorite being the military cut), a soul patch, a chin curtain, wolverine style sideburns (a half-razor-width gap), clean shaven, a trimmed full beard, a goatee and moustache, and finally a true full beard for the first time.

How do I feel about my beard? I like my beard. My wife loves my beard. If I could change anything, I would make it less coarse and more thick. Am very happy with how fast it grows. Fast as all get out.
