Why did I grow my beard? grew a goatee in the '80s (as soon as I could) because I didn't like to shave. Went camping for a couple of weeks and let it all grow to see how it would "come in", and it did! Have always had it short-cropped until six months ago I decided to see how it would look longer.

How do I feel about my beard? absolutely love it -- even though it has three cowlicks working against each other.
