I've had facial hair since 1999 of all sorts. I grew the beard 'cause I liked the way it looked on me when I went white water rafting in Maine back in 2002. Ever since then, I've had a lot of compliments and was told to keep it.

I love to maintain it and I feel more sophisticated. I love being in it. It makes me feel proud that I can grow one while others cannot.
