I grew my beard because I enjoy the look of a beard. I will probably grow it as long as my employer will allow and then see if I want to keep it as a permanent part of me.

How do I feel about my beard? I like how thick it came in. My girlfriend hates it. But she won't admit it, but is getting used to it and I still get kissed. So what the hell!
