I'd always liked the look of beards and when I had a five-week holiday I decided to take the plunge and grow one. I didn't want to look scruffy at work and have people ask the question "are you growing a beard?" So when I came back from holiday with a beard, the question was automatically answered.

How do I feel about my beard? I'd like it to be thicker and darker but, hey, I have what I have and it's what nature has provided.
