As a teen, I always wanted to grow a beard like my dad. He was very rarely without one. After ten years of marriage, my wife, who loves beards, finally talked me into growing one. I took the plunge and have been bearded almost the whole time since.

How do I feel about my beard? I love it! As an experimental beard grower, I have had small goatees, mustaches with the soul patch, and just plain mustaches, but I can't stay clean shaven very long.
