Why did I grow my beard? I've always had a goatee with mustache and thought to give it a try. I'm forty-two and saw a picture of my dad when he was my age with a full beard and I really liked it. I was always apprehensive being that I work in an office atmosphere. But I keep it clean and started it on my last vacation.

How do I feel about my beard? I feel it is coming in better than expected, a bit fuller on one side than the other. I trimmed it too soon and too low on the cheeks. But I let it regrow and was patient like your site suggests, instead of starting all over. Couldn't be more happy with it. I get a lot of compliments.
