Bearded since: July 2007. I am an experimental beard grower.

I grew my beard for a few key reasons. I felt that if I had the ability to grow a beard, then why not? Growing my beard added a different sense of freedom to my life. I felt that growing a beard could enhance my looks a great deal. I also grew this beard to make me look older, smarter, and just downright tough.

How do I feel about my beard? I feel so lucky to be able to grow a beard. My beard is pretty much my best friend. Anywhere I go, he goes. We just get along well and make a great couple.
